Wizz Air to resume Tel Aviv flights from end of month
Wizz Air will resume services to Tel Aviv later this month.
Flights to Ben Gurion Airport on the Wizz Air network will restart on 28 May, including from London Luton Airport.
Flights from London Gatwick will restart in September.
The airline said it has resumed the route following an update from European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
Chief Commercial Officer Ian Malin said: “We are thrilled to confirm our return to Tel Aviv.
“The safety and security of our passengers and crew remain our top priority, and we have taken a cautious and measured approach to this decision.”
The UK Foreign Office currently advises against all travel to Israel.
