South Korea raises its travel alert for Uganda over Ebola outbreak

The country’s foreign ministry raises its travel warning for all of Uganda from Level 2, which advises against nonessential travel, to a special travel advisory, with a travel ban on DRC to follow as Ebola infections rise.
