Salterforth WI members enjoy surprise presentation at latest meeting

Janette stepped in when the booked speaker couldn’t attend, sharing stories from her recent trip to Texas.

The two-week trip included visits to Fort Worth, Amarillo, Austin, Kingsville, and Houston, where they explored large farms and ranches.

The group also experienced a ride in a driverless car and saw the spot in Dallas where President Kennedy was shot.

The next meeting is on June 11, with a walk and fish and chips supper at Bizzie Lizzie’s in Skipton.

Members should inform a committee member if attending.
