Online travel company fails as ATOL holder

The Civil Aviation Authority has announced London-based Trav Expert Ltd has failed as an ATOL holder.

The company, based in Hounslow, traded under the names Best4trips, Travel Crew and the websites airwaay.co.uk, travelcrew.co.uk, best4trips.com.

The CAA said it is currently collating information from the company and will issue an update as soon as possible.

It asked affected customers not to submit a claim while it awaits more information.
