Luxury ski and chalet specialist fails as Atol holder
A specialist luxury ski and chalet firm has failed as an Atol holder, the Civil Aviation Authority confirmed.
Travel Bespoke ceased trading on Friday.
The company based in Midhurst, West Sussex, traded under the names Chalet Bespoke, Ski Bespoke, Spa Bespoke and websites www.chaletbespoke.com, www.skibespoke.com, www.spabespoke.com.
The CAA said in a note on its website: “We are currently collating information from the company and will update this page as soon as possible.
“Whilst waiting for further information, please do not submit a claim as these will be rejected.”
The aviation regulator added: “If you are a travel agent of Travel Bespoke Ltd and you are currently holding consumer payments which you have not yet paid to Travel Bespoke Ltd, you must not use these funds to refund consumers until you have received instructions from the Air Travel Trust.
“Travel agents will be individually contacted by the CAA with specific instructions for these bookings.”
