London travel set to be ‘very busy’ this weekend — what you need to know
Passengers are being urged to allow extra time when travelling to or through London.
National Rail has issued the warning for Saturday, May 16, due to planned protests in central London.
Trains, stations and other public transport are likely to be “very busy” and road closures and bus diversions are also expected across the capital.
Further congestion is anticipated at London Euston, as football fans travel for the FA Cup final.

A Network Rail spokesperson said: “Please plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey across London.”
“You can check your journey using the National Rail Enquiries real-time Journey Planner.
“You may be entitled to compensation if you experience a delay in completing your journey today.
“Please keep your train ticket and make a note of your journey, as both will be required to support any claim.”
