Escorted tour brands launch holiday assurance guarantee

Escorting tour brands Travelsphere and Just You have launched a Holiday Assurance Guarantee allowing customers to change their bookings without paying a fee.

The guarantee applies to new bookings made by May 31 for 2026 tours and allows customers to amend their holiday as many times as required up to 75 days prior to departure without any amendment fees.

Trade Sales Director Tom Morgan said:  “Our Holiday Assurance Guarantee gives guests real peace of mind when planning their holiday.

“We understand that flexibility matters more than ever, which is why we’ve made it easier to amend bookings without fees. This initiative reflects our commitment to always putting our guests and trade partners first, ensuring they feel supported, confident and in control every step of the way when choosing to travel with us in 2026.”

More than 200 tours across the brands are covered by the guarantee.
