China Issues Travel Warning as Ebola Cases Rise in Africa

China has issued travel-health warnings and tightened screening guidance for people arriving from parts of Africa as reported Ebola cases climbed in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda.

The outbreaks, which began in mid-May, have been classified by the World Health Organization as a public-health emergency of international concern, the third Ebola outbreak in Africa to reach that level in the past 15 years.
