Luke Littler offers Prince William tickets for darts World Championships
Luke Littler has offered to provide the tickets for the Prince of Wales for the World Championship at Alexandra Palace later this year.
Littler, 19, received his MBE at Windsor Castle last week when Price William told him the event, which Littler won in 2025 and 2026, “looks like a good night out”.
“Prince William said he’s been following the journey and we were just talking about how darts has blown up,” Littler told the Press Association.
“I didn’t invite him, but if he needs a few tickets I’m sure myself or the PDC will sort some.”
Littler rose to fame by reaching the PDC world final aged 16 in 2024 and became the youngest world champion a year later before retaining his title this year.
His emergence has played a part in an increase in popularity in the sport and he became an MBE last year in the King’s Birthday Honours.
He said: “Turning up to Windsor Castle, it was just like….’how am I here? Why am I here?’
“It was a crazy experience. And then you’ve just got to think about what I’ve done for the sport.
“Obviously they don’t usually come to people so young, but for what I’ve done for my sport, it’s been incredible and the notice has been fantastic.”
