Safilo announces new governance structure and Performance Share Plan

The shareholders’ meeting of Safilo approved the annual accounts, adopted a new incentive plan, and appointed the Board of Statutory Auditors for the 2026-2028 term, to be chaired by Maria Francesca Talamonti.
