Specialist operator ceases trading as ATOL holder

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has announced specialist operator Travel Bespoke has ceased trading as an ATOL holder.

The company, based in Midhurst, traded under the names Chalet Bespoke, Ski Bespoke and Spa Bespoke and websites chaletbespoke.com, skibespoke.com and spabespoke.com.

The CAA said it currently collating more information from Travel Bespoke and told affected customers not to put in a claim yet.

The CAA added: “If you are a travel agent of Travel Bespoke Ltd and you are currently holding consumer payments which you have not yet paid to Travel Bespoke Ltd, you must not use these funds to refund consumers until you have received instructions from the Air Travel Trust.

“Travel agents will be individually contacted by the CAA with specific instructions for these bookings.”
