Kuoni becomes latest operator to make ‘no surcharge’ pledge

Kuoni has joined the growing number of operators that have launched a ‘no surcharge’ promise, following concerns among hesitant customers about the possibility of rising fuel costs.

The pledge applies across all Kuoni package holidays, meaning ‘the price agreed at booking is the final price customers will pay’, the operator said.

This includes holidays up to December 2027, including return dates into January 2028, booked with out-of-date-range flights.

Head of Trade Partnerships Sarah Weetman said: “Right now, customers want certainty above all else. Our no surcharge promise removes a key barrier to booking by guaranteeing that the price agreed is the price they’ll pay, whatever happens next. It’s a simple but powerful reassurance for both agents and customers, and one that underlines Kuoni’s long‑term commitment to transparency, protection and peace of mind.”

Jet2 was the first major operator to offer a no surcharge pledge, closely followed by easyJet and TUI. Since then, Latin Routes, CV Villas and Intrepid Travel have also guaranteed not to add surcharges.
