Dyson launches Supersonic Travel compact hairdryer for $299

Dyson has introduced a new version of its Supersonic hairdryer in a travel format. The Supersonic Travel costs $299 and is designed for use outside the home.

The device is 32% smaller and 25% lighter than the original Supersonic. According to the company, it can be carried in hand luggage or in small bags.

The Supersonic Travel is equipped with a V9 digital motor that provides powerful airflow for fast drying. The device also controls the temperature during operation to avoid overheating.

The hairdryer automatically adapts to the voltage in different countries, allowing you to use it without a separate transformer. All you need is an adapter for the type of outlet.

Attachments from previous Supersonic versions are compatible with the new model. Additional accessories are sold separately.

Dyson’s hair care range also includes Airwrap, Corrale and Airstrait. The company is further developing its hair care products.
